O Acampamento de Carnaval do Grupo Pioneiro nº 0001 decorreu durante os dias 21 a 24 de Fevereiro.
Apesar do frio, da dificuldade dos trilho e de algumas lesões, este acampamento decorreu em grande festa.
A partida para Montalegre ocorreu às 8h30, com a abertura da actividade por parte dos animadores, onde o dirigente Pedro se juntou a nós, servindo de apoio à Equipa de Animação
Chegados a Montalegre, fizemos um jogo-cidade, onde o almoço/concentração foi no Castelo.
Após o almoço, rumamos para Pitões das Júnias, mais propriamente, para uma garagem cedida por uma cunhada do Presidente da Junta de Freguesia de Pitões das Júnias.
Fizemos as montagens, fomos à Reunião de Piedade, decorrente de 2 em 2 semanas, onde o pároco nos convidou a participar activamente.
Após a missa, rumamos a casa, onde jantamos e convivemos até ao silêncio e encerramento do dia.
No 2º dia, fizemos a recolha etnográfica de Pitões das Júnias, com o intuito de melhor conhecer o local, sua história e tradições.
De tarde fizemos o trilho do Mosteiro de Pitões das Júnias e Cascata, onde ficamos extasiados com a beleza de tais paisagens.
Rumamos a casa, cansados de trilho tão "puxado", onde cozinhamos e convivemos.
Após jantar e lavagens, realizamos uma série de jogos e, para finalizar o dia, fizemos uma reflexão do dia e da Secção.
O terceiro dia foi o dia no qual houveram mais baixas: 4 elementos não participaram no raid à Capela de S. João da Fraga, no Monte de S. João da Fraga, 3º ponto mais alto de viagem, com subidas de extrema dificuldade, e escassez de água.
Os 4 elementos ficaram a fazer serviço comunitário numa pensão.
Durante o raid, realizamos um jogo, no qual as pessoas iam a pares, e os pares tinham que saber tudo sobre o seu par.
Uma vez chegados ao topo do Monte, ficamos assoberbados com tal paisagem: via-se tudo daquele ponto: a Cascata, Pitões das Júnias e a Lagoa; pena vermos também fogos nesta altura do ano.
Almoçamos, finalizamos o jogo e exploramos o local, onde encontramos uma fonte, pura, de água.
Descemos em direcção a casa, desta vez mais cansados com subidas tais.
Jantamos e realizamos o tradicional Fogo de Conselho, animado com peças, músicas e jogos.
Acabamos o Fogo de Conselho com o jogo da "Cadeira Quente".
No dia 24, realizamos as desmontagens e arrumação do local, encerramos o acampamento e viemos sempre em festa para a Sede.
